There seems to be a problem with the output files as under identifier you get part of the bin names or " but no identifiers. This is also the case for the demo data. Also a description is either lacking or still part of the bin name. Could you please fix this problem or is there a trick to avoid this? Many thanks in advance!

This is actually correct behavious. If you scroll further you will see that there are annotations of TYPE 'T' which have the IDENTIFIER and DESCRIPTION completed. Check for instance 'loc_os05g25370.1|12005.m06830|protein'.
